AI consulting for business and e-commerce
Not a chatbot, and not a one-off automation. Agents that own a job and work it every day, on their own: your storefront, your ads, your email, your listings, your reporting. The aim is not to shave ten percent off your week. It is ten times the output without ten times the payroll.
Join the waiting listWhat an agent can own
Tested, fixed and improved daily instead of whenever somebody finds the time.
Campaigns built, deployed and adjusted, with the product feed watched for errors.
Klaviyo flows and campaigns built in a fraction of the time, with lists and segments kept clean so your deliverability holds.
Listings, feeds and pricing kept accurate across every channel you sell on.
Ad images and video produced on demand, so testing is never held up waiting on assets.
Internal apps and tools designed, built and maintained without hiring a dev team or renting another subscription.
Software, built instead of bought
Where nothing off the shelf did the job, we built it with AI instead of hiring out. Kevin is one of ours. He watches our Klaviyo account, manages the lists and segments himself and keeps the dead weight out, which is the biggest single reason our email still reaches the inbox. Another works our social following instead of leaving it sitting there. Built once, owned outright, no monthly fee per seat.
A sticky add to cart. A gamified free shipping bar that shows a shopper how close the cart is to qualifying. A bulk discount code uploader, because the one on sale did not do what we needed. A monitor that watches every change made to our Shopify theme and writes back a plain English summary of what moved and whether it matters. Each one replaced a Shopify app with a monthly bill attached, and there are more of them every month.
And whatever you are about to ask about next. If the job is digital and you do it more than once, there is a way to hand it over.
How we work
Every business runs on the same jobs over and over. The ads that need watching, the pages that need testing, the emails that need building, the listings that drift out of date. That is what agents are good at.
It gets a name, a clear remit and access to the tools you already pay for. It does the work every day without being asked, and reports back on what it did.
Agents are worth more together than apart. One on the site, one on the ads, one on email, handing work between them. That is where the output stops being an improvement and starts being a different business.
Who you would be working with
We did not read about this somewhere. We run our own e-commerce company on it. Agents build our software, work our Shopify store every day, run our Google Ads, keep our Klaviyo lists in shape and turn out ad creative on demand. We put new ones to work most months.
So when we tell you an agent can take a job off your team, it is because one already has that job here, and it has to survive real orders, real ad spend and real customers waiting on an answer.
On timing
Add up this week. The listings somebody fixed by hand. The ads nobody has looked at since Tuesday. The campaign that did not go out because there was no time to build it. You are already paying for all of that, in wages and in your own evenings. It just never arrives as an invoice.
And the gap does not stay small. The business that starts this quarter is not ten percent ahead of you next year, it is operating on different terms. One agent gives you back some hours. Three of them, handing work between each other, change what your team gets through in a week. Every one you add makes the next one cheaper to build, because the wiring is already there. That curve starts the day you start it, and not before.
This entire website was built by AI, and is managed by AI.
The copy, the design, the code and the hosting. Nobody wrote a line of it by hand.
We are opening with a small number of clients so the work gets done properly. Leave your details and we will be in touch before we start taking anyone on.
The agents we keep rebuilding for one business after another are becoming software you will be able to put to work directly. The list hears about that first.
We will write to you from info@tropicaltree.com before we open up. Keep an eye out for it.
